简单来讲ping translate.google.cn 获取到ip，在hosts里面添加translate.googleapis.com为获取的IP即可

1、按键 alt+r

4、右键粘贴
ping translate.google.cn

5、回车

复制返回中的IP地址114.250.66.34

6、加入hosts
以 114.250.66.34 translate.googleapis.com 的形式加入到 hosts 里。

7、重启谷歌浏览器，找英文网页，谷歌浏览器右键翻译成中文
